Can a person feel invincible, happy, fulfilled and horribly terrified at the same? Of course she can; as long as she is in love.

But if you are still in doubt, although you feel that knot on your stomach and breath-taking every time you see him and you need more proofs to convince you that you are in love check out the below list:

  1. You keep mentioning his name:
You keep trying something to mention his name, even irrelevant conversations, with irrelevant people, on irrelevant situations. And somehow you end up by talking about him all the time.

      2. You adopt his habits

Favourite places he hangs out, movies, band, and clothes that he likes starting suddenly to become your favourite as well

      3. You are more than willing to do things for him that you could ever imagined

Yes, even going camping.

     4.  You are more romantic

You start to listening love songs, watching more romantic movies, reading passionately love novels. And pretty much almost everything, reminds you him.

     5. You can't find any imperfection on him, although you are trying to

And I don't mean only on his external appearance. If you like everything he does, says and he is those things then you do not need more proofs. Congrats, you are in love.

                                    5 Things that happen to you body when you stop working out


There are times that we are so tired and can be even bothered to continue working out. We just have to have the strength to continue our exercise program otherwise this happens to your body when you stop exercising:


  1. Blood pressure increasing
This effect is almost instantaneous: Blood pressure is higher those days you do not exercise. Blood vessels are trying to adopt to the slow flow of sedentary life, thereby as a result increasing the blood pressure. But when you start again to exercise, your blood pressure drops and blood vessels function better.
    2.   Sugar levels are being increased in the blood
Normally the blood glucose is increased after eating, and absorbed by the muscles and tissues in order to have energy. But according to a study, published in the journal Medicine & Science in Sports showed that when you stop exercising  blood glucose levels remain high, thus increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes

   3.   You get tired and breathless easier
Did you try to go by the stairs, after you stop exercising? If you tried it, then you will realise that you are breathless very easy, in compare when you were exercising. When you are not physically active, you physical condition is reduced by 20% in just two weeks. Good news though, if you start to working out again, your strength will be increased, but you just may need some more time.
    4.    You may fatten
As soon as you stop exercising after a week, your metabolism will begin to slow. This means that the fat tissue will be increased, muscle mass will be decreased and you will staring putting pounds more easily, than before.
   5.     Nag easier
And yet the mood is influenced by exercise. When you are exercising secreted hormones in the brain, which positively affect the mood and can cause euphoria. However, if you stop exercising, your psychology goes down and thus you begin whining and being nervous. There is no evidence to show that physical activity is better than another, but the important thing is to exercise on a daily basis.

                                        11 secrets to make you feel lighter in one only day

Diet, diet, diet. This word gives our nerves every time we hear it. Exhausting us because it takes time and dedication. So here are some tips to learn how to wake up with a flat belly and not feeling bloated.


In the morning you should drink a cup of hot water with lemon; it cleanses and detoxes your digestive system. If the taste of hot water bothers you, you can try as well a cup of tea with lemon juice.

Morning: Detoxify your body by doing yoga

You may find it hard to wake up early in the morning to work out, but if you don't try it you will never know if you do like it or not. Trust me, if you integrate morning workouts in your program and especially yoga,  you will start feeling much better, as I do. Yoga helps to eliminate toxins from the body and helps the digestive system to function properly. A bit of morning yoga in your daily program and you will feel immediately that you 've lost some points on your waist.

Morning: Eat a tropical fruit

If you want not to be bloated then eat for breakfast pineapple and papaya. These tropical fruits contain enzymes such as brome lain, which helps to obtain flat belly. A bowl of fruit cut in pieces, such as mango, pineapple and papaya are the perfect breakfast to feel a little lighter.

All day: Eat slow

Eating too quickly means you swallow air which will be trapped in your stomach and you end up having a bloated belly. The secret is to eat slowly minimizing bloating.

All day: Drink plenty of water

Water is known for its benefits and one of them is that it helps to eliminate toxins from the body. And make sure that you will drink plenty of water during the day better have a bottle of water with you all the time anywhere you go. You can also put slices of cucumber and lemon in it for a change.

Afternoon: Eat quinoa

If you want to eat something light in the afternoon, then better have a quinoa salad, which contains many nutrients and keeps you satiated without bloating. And this is succeeded only because quinoa contains potassium and fiber, which are important parts to not feel bloated.

Afternoon: Pick a snack rich in fiber

Dietary fiber is the key if you want to feel full and yet not bloated. Aim 25-30 grams per day fiber to consume. Food such as fruits, chia seeds and vegetables are rich in fiber.

Evening: Attention to drinking

Whether is wine or cocktail, or any other alcoholic beverage, it can make you feel bloated for many reasons. The alcohol prevents proper function of digestion and creates a sense of sluggishness. Keep your self away from such temptations and choose a sparkling water with lemon.

Dinner: Prefer a salad with asparagus

Asparagus encourage digestive health by stimulating the growth of good bacteria in the stomach. So along with the main course add a salad with asparagus so as to wake up in the morning to feel lighter.

Night: Drink tea

A cup of tea or lemongrass helps the digestive system to work better. So before you go to bed drink a cup of tea with cinnamon and ginger to detox your organism.

Night: Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours

Sleep is precious although nowadays is a luxury. In this way, sleeping 7 to 8 hours, you help regulate your metabolism; on the other hand lack of sleep makes you feel sluggish and the worst part is that it contributes to increase obesity.
