A person can have the most beautiful of features, but their personality is so selfish or greedy or cruel or whatever negativity that person carries with them pains their features. So, it is not all about the looks but more with our intentions and thoughts; our inner self is being projected through them.

For me unique inner beauty is all about: (either is a woman or a man)

  • Confidence
Is a must and the best plus; No one wants to share his/her life with a non confident person because we want to have next to us a strong and capable person. Never try to be something you are not. Be careful not be full of yourself or shit either.
  • Sexual Sincerity And Openness
Be honest, keep it simple, be yourself and prepared to accept and love your partner; otherwise if you two don't express yourselves, what you want, what you fear, what you enjoy, the development of you and your relationship will be slow and painstaking. Let it be freeing, compassionate, and revealing expression between the two of you.
  • Humour
Life is great and amazing. We have to enjoy it and share it; with humour we can face normally painful or difficult parts of life or yourself.
  • Passion
What is life without passion? Being passionate means you care for the other person and your relationship. Your are willing to do whatever is necessary to be happy and bring happiness to those you love and respect.
  • Be Decisive
When someone asks you a question is ok not to know all the answers but don't divert it. Try to explain what is going on.
  • Kindness
Once you start expressing some the above traits then this one will come naturally. It's important that you feel comfortable in your skin and voice. Your look is a constantly evolving image.
  • Accept your Partner's friends, or at least make the sincere effort
Support your partner; the focus is always making sure the two of you feel supported by each other; if you don't like them then don't force yourself being a friend with them and don't disrespect them.

                               8 Things that I've done before reaching the age of 30

When I was 20, 20 something I was not drinking, not smoking, was drinking plenty of water, I did sleep a lot, exercise daily, and learned to love myself. Now that I have reach the age of 30 everyone is telling me that I do not look like that old. And I realize wow! All those things that I was doing they come to their result! This is one of the many reason girls that have to take care of ourselves between the age of 20-29 so as we get older will have physical and mental health. So I would like to share those 8 things with you:

  1. Correct nutritional habits
Learn to eat as much as you are hungry and never skip meals. These are the basic rules that you need to follow. Do not exclude foods from your menu as long as you eat with moderation of course, and do not start exhaustive diets every time you eat junk food.


   2. Exercise with balance

Do not be obsessed about it. 30 minutes - 1 hour, 3 - 4 times per week is more than enough. I workout to feel strong, to boost my self and to be healthy and not to loose weight every time just because I ate too much; either way when you adopt no 1 habit then you should realise that is the no 1 rule in order to  maintain your self slim.

  3. Use sunscreen

I really hate sun. And in Cyprus in summer season sun is really awful. So whenever I go out I will always put my sunscreen either it's winter or summer. But especially in summer I put on my face and hands because are the areas that are most displayed in sun.

  4. Drink plenty of water

The ideal is to drink 2 litres of water in a daily basis. At some point you have to realise that because not only is good for health, keeps your skin youthful, ensures your bowel to function properly (flat tummy as we call), and eliminates toxins.

  5. Stop smoking (or not even start)

Smoking causes lunge cancer, endurance reduction, cardiovascular disease and bad circulation. There are no advantages only disadvantages.

  6. Learn to drink alcohol correctly

With moderation again always and in certain occasions. And not drive if you are going to drink.

  7. Love your self

Statics show that the majority of woman population hitting 30's feel more confident and love their self much more at the age of 20's. But the ideal is to conquer that much earlier like I did.

She never walks out the door without taking care of herself. Simple make up, stylish clothes, not afraid to dare, trying trends and has specific combinations of clothes that loves to wear, especially pencil skirts that show her incredible curves. She does not separate her heels of, she likes to be glamorous on stage and off stage, and few times we saw her wear stylish sneakers on her casual outings.

Myself as well, have curves and wear all the time pencil or midi skirts, that are a bit tight and emphasize my tiny waist which I find sexy.

Jennifer Lopez's unique style is based on pencil skirt with tight crop tops, total denim look, monochrome and jumpsuits.

Her face always glows and her skin is ravishing; as she revealed in one of her recently interviews she does not smoke, and nor drink and eats healthy. Thus, she has such a beautiful skin.

                               12 Habits of reaching and maintaining your goal weight


Here are the 12 things that I am doing. Are you?

  1.  I plan my meal
Every Sunday I will sit down think my meal program for the whole week and go food shopping. In this way I have everything that I need to cook and prepare my meals. Plus, I go home late in the afternoon so my time is limited; an extra reason to prepare my meal and not starving at lunch time or finding hard to decide what to eat and risk to eat junk food.

    2. I am flexible with my diet

''It is more than okay to have an indulgent treat now and then as long as you are eating healthy most of the time''; This is my motto. Besides strict diets lead you to crave more and thus leading you to eat rubbish. Is all about moderation.

    3. I don't obsess over small things

Relax and focus on your calorie intake, eating healthy foods and setting up a regular workout routine. No need for drama, like no carbs after 6 p.m. or train hard and exhausting your self.

    4. I exercise regularly

To live a healthy lifestyle without exercising is impossible; Try to workout 3 to 4 times a week. That's all. No need every day; that's just too much. And people who lost weight without exercising, is ok but exercising is good for many things such as preventing back pains, depression, have more energy, live longer and you actually feel better. I do.





    5. I track my food intake

Counting calories helps me to track what I actually eat so as to know how many calories I am consuming and how many calories I have to burn.

    6. I drink water

I keep my self hydrated over the day. It is important because in this way I feel fuller, sooner and keeps my metabolism working as it should. Try to drink 2 litres per day.



   7.  I don't starve myself

   I  never skip meals; Not only metabolism slows and the body holds on to fat for fuel but in this way you might get hungry and eat whatever you find in your path instead of having your afternoon snack such as a simple fruit or yogurt.

  8.  I account for all the calories I consume

I will grab a latte on my way to work and I will have a fruit or bar or yogurt to get me through the afternoon. I don't ignore snacks; little things that really count.


  9.  I eat home made cooked meals

I like to cook my own meal except the fact that I am picky, but also I want to know what goes into food, I will make it delicious according to my tastes and allows me to control sugar and sodium.

  10. I develop habits that can maintain long terms

Things like organising and planning my meals weekly, cooking healthy and exercising regularly had made me to adopt them as my lifestyle routine and realize that we need a balance in our life; not changing our diet every once in a while and exercising trends.

  11. I follow workout routine

Like I plan my meals I have a workout routine as well; in this way I know what I will be doing from one day to the next. And I workout at home as well. I don't need the gym to exercise. But if you don't have one then you are more likely to skip workout or go to the gym and wandering around what to do.



  12. I track my progress

I weigh myself once a week and I take my measurements. I try to do this on the same day, at the same time, using the same scale. So you save yourself from stress and aggravation.
