5 advices that will help you deal every problem you are facing with
Whenever I feel stressed, depressed and anxiety I do these 5 things and manage to overcome my problems on my own:
DO WHAT PLEASES YOU THE MOST
When you start doing so you will realise that your life is balanced on your values and your will. Then everything will change to the better for sure.
DO YOUR VERY BEST
Don't pressure yourself on something impossible. We tense to be perfectionist nowadays but it can cause stress and many difficulties in our life which are unnecessary and pointless.
SET YOUR OWN BOUNDARIES AND LIVE ACCORDING TO THEM
High standards are not always the ideal. Limits are to be overcome but not always. If you set your self with few choices based on your own boundaries you will succeed much more in compare without having goals.
DO WHAT EVER IT MAKE SENSE FOR YOU
There is no correct answer or a correct to everything we do. There is a subjectivity in everything and better is to follow what is more ''suitable'' for our mind or soul.
ACKNOWELEDGE YOUR MISTAKES AND LEARN FROM THEM
And if you aren't taking risks? How will you know? And O K, we all want to protect our ego, our self but let's be realistic, shall we! Reality is what makes us to realise what is important. Try, make mistakes, learn and move on!
