2. When you see on the mirror and think that your outfit is boring, add a scarf on you; you can tight it either on your neck, on your back, or even on you hair for a Parisian chic look as a result.

3. Instead of wearing your jacket normally, just put slightly on your shoulders. Street style icons do exactly the same thing and look so cool all the time.



4. Separate your statement pieces in your wardrobe and put them all in one draw. In this way it would be much easier for you whenever you want to create a special outfit to succeed it within a minute by choosing the key piece on your look from that specific draw.

5. Do unexpected combinations; For example, romantic girly dress can be combined perfectly with rock jackets and T-Shirts with suits' pants.

                                      How to loose weight in 10 simple step




  1. Increase protein
    In order too protect your muscle tissue, complete your diet with lean meats, nuts, low-fat yogurt. It will help you stay fuller for longer and to restrict the «junk» options.
  2.  Avoid alcohol
    Stay away from alcohol, because it will only manage to add to your daily intake of 100-150 calories per drink (300-400 calories cocktails), which are converted directly to visceral fat.
  3. Prefer eating home
    The more you prefer homemade food, the better results you will see. Portions in restaurants can be twice and three times higher than those your body needs.
  4. Eat less, but without excesses
    Consuming less than 1000 calories per day, you only provoke your body to start storing fat and slowing of metabolism, in order to survive. This can help you loose some initial weight, but once you start properly feeding, you get back what you had; lost pounds - and surpassed.
  5. Make sure dinner is the smallest meal of the day
    If you do manage this, with difficulty you will surpass your limits' energy and most likely, eventually to avoid the daily small fat deposition.
  6. Choose fruits
    The fruits are ideal snacks, they will fill you with vitamins and energy. If you want to loose pounds, preferably fruits instead of juices, which provide more calories, less fibre and less saturated. Avoid also snacks such as bread sticks, crackers, sweet beverages, standardized juices and sweetened ice tea
  7. Drink more water
    Water is a natural appetite suppressant. The brain often can not distinguish between feelings of hunger and thirst - or the distinction is blurred and confused. Thus, lack of water can lead to unnecessary food intake.
  8. Lunch before feel hungry and stop before fill up
    Eat 3 main meals and 1-2 snacks a day so as to arrive at the table with controlled appetite. Always start with a salad, eat slowly to perceive on time saturation and immediately get up from the table.
  9. Sleep well
    Lack of sleep is able to pull down your efforts to loose fat, as the subsequent secretion of ghrelin or, otherwise, the hormone of appetite, causing cravings for sugar and fatty foods. Furthermore, being fatigue the next day will make you more sluggish and less active, thus slowing down your metabolism. Do not forget, also, that if you go to bed late, the greater the chances for a night raid on the fridge.
  10. And finally, runHave in mind that the local slimming is one of the three biggest myths about fat burning: fat does not leave local, but overall, by the entire body. Combine this with a proper exercise program and start running daily. It is one of the simplest ways to loose fat, since not only helps burning it but additionally enhances metabolism and increases your adherence to the diet. Meanwhile, do not neglect muscle strengthening. Nevertheless, remember: The abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
