My own home made lunch: Spinach burgers with side salad with vinaigrette sauce

Because what ever you do, do it with imagination : )

Recipe for spinach burgers:

350 gr of potatoes boiled

250 gr of spinach boiled

1 egg

salt

After boiling the potatoes make them puree; add spinach then the rest materials. Heat in the oven

on 200 degrees for 20 minutes approximately.

Side salad:

half avocado 

1 green pepper

cabbage/kale

For the sauce: 

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon mustard
