Stars have adopted it so we as well. We spotted them wearing body chain either on their red carpet appearances and even on a daily basis.

Rihanna, Jenifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, Candice Swanepoel said yes to body chain, looking stylish and inspired us to adopt the look.

• Buy one piece of good quality since you are going to wear it on the beach as well, is better to invest on your chain rather than buy one cheap and then ruin it. Prefer the simple ones (not too many stones).
• The rest of your outfit should be cool and calm. Wear a dress or a blouse with reliving cleavage,emphasizing your body chain.
• No too much make up or excesses on hair. The jewellery is pretty much impressive by itself; no need to overdo it.
