Cellulite and how you can reduce it

Summer is near by so we have to take some actions now so as to wear our lovely bikinis without stressing out how we look.

So here are some ideas how to treat cellulite:

  1. Water is essential to life and it is also essential to reducing and preventing further cellulite. Just think about the effects/look of dehydration: shrivelled, lumpy, aged. This doesn't make a cellulite free body with smooth, supple skin. Drink pure water every day as the first thing you consume.
  2. Eat foods that fight cellulite: eat meals on a flat schedule, nix white-flour foods, make friends with fat, cheat the right way, focus each meal on one bold, hot flavour, go vegetarian one day a week, flex your willpower, eat an appetizer.
  3. Exfoliation - the key to have a smooth and radian skin. You can do alone in your home no need to spend money on scrubs. You just need 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of ground coffee beans and 1/4 cup of olive oil. Mix all the ingredients together and apply on your body by emphasizing the target areas you want to work more with simple circular movements.

      4. Oil essences and massage; mix castor oil with oil essences like grapefruit, lemon,
lavender. You can warm the mixture in order to absorb the skin quicker. In this way your blood
circularisation is being increased on the areas and therefore breaks down the fat. Castor oil
hydrates the skin and strengthens it in order to be treated the cellulite better.
     5.  Homemade mask; lemon juice, 5 tea spoon of honey, 2 tea spoon of salt. Mix these ingredients
until your mixture becomes one unit. Apply on you skin ( on your target areas), and after
massaging them, place a plastic film on them. Leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse with plenty
of water. Repeat the procedure once a week.
