Girls never go to sleep unless you have removed first the make up from your face. It's few minutes to clean, wash and refresh your face and in the long time, believe me your ''labour'' will be rewarded.

Tired eyes? Apply on your eyes 2 slices of cucumber or potato before bed time and not only your eyes but also you will be rejuvenated.

Yes, sleep can cause wrinkles, since, during sleeping period our face is being creased on the pillow. To avoid it, prefer a silk pillowcase, or dress you pillow with your favourite silk scarf ( I sleep back as well).

If you are feeling the skin on your face tired, then you should try to compress with cold milk and see the revitalized.
