                                Foods that ruin your skin


Indeed, the nutrition affects directly the condition of our skin. The correct, balanced meals rich in vegetables and fruits, contribute, besides maintaining our shapely torso, and proper hydration of the skin. However, which foods should we avoid?

  • Cupcakes , and  generally sweetened foods destroy elastin and collagen of the skin, resulting in wrinkles and looseness over time. Of course, as experts say, there is no reason to detours - if you desire something sweet- dark chocolate or honey, which is the best sweetener, rich in antioxidants.

  • Dairy products: Of course, I am talking about extremely cases that consume larger quantities of dairy products than your body can "accept". Still, many dermatologists link milk to acne appearance (mainly on the chin or forehead).

  • Processed foods - food junk: Chips, fries, soft drinks and other processed foods too, apart from the harmful effects on health, contribute to the secretion of sebum on the skin, leading to clogged pores and therefore skin can not breathe.

  • Coffee: You may not intellect to start your day without it, however, you should know that coffee dehydrates the skin and therefore reducing its elasticity. Much better to replace, then, the second or third coffee within your day with water.

  • Alcohol: Frequent and excessive alcohol consumption has serious consequences apart from the liver - and on our skin. Dehydrated, dry, dull skin is only one of the few effects.
