                               5 Ways to manage Sunday's depression

Have you noticed every Sunday (usually after noon) feeling moody, nervous kind of  depressed? I have. As I am having fun on Sunday it hits me: Bam on my mind; Tomorrow is Monday! Well is all in the head. It started during school years; weekend finished tomorrow is Monday back to school again; did I do my homework? And this stress has followed us until now that we are working marking the beginning of a difficult tiring office week. Although Sunday portends the usual beginning of routine-week still we should not forget that is our day-off and we should and must relax have fun as pleasant as it can be.

Organise you day

Just one hour on Saturday to organise what to do on Sunday; Try to finish your tasks so that on Sunday will be your day-off to relax; But attention please without a plan there is a risk to stay alone ( and you don't really want that)

Go out

Enjoy Sunday morning by cycling with a friend or doing yoga and then have brunch at the park. Have that coffee that you were planning with your friends the whole week, spend some time with your beloved one even though you did not plan anything, do window shopping. Do anything but laying down on the couch and being miserable thinking Monday.

Ignore ''Monday'' fear

Don't worse more Mondays; Stop organising appointments for Monday, stop thinking work and tasks of Monday; Just live like there is no tomorrow!

Relax

Before going to bed create a positive atmosphere in your house that will relax you and make you feel better, like put some candles, fill up the bath tap with essences and stay there until you feel relaxed enough (just be careful not to fall asleep). Instead of watching TV read a book before going to bed.

Sunday=Fun-Day

If all the above do not work for you then the solution is one: Ice cream, drinks and movies! (always works for me)
